At champion rank - Threat from Above, killing Chill maw and three cultists (which spawn with him) gives 13g 23s, a champion's seal, and your choice of a champion's writ (For rep 'badges') or a sack of gold (10g) with the chance of another champion's seal. Same deal with the 15 Icecrown Cultists one, same choice of rewards and pay out. If you don't mind jousting - you could do the citidel quest (killing three commanders while mounted) along with it's valiant stage quest (Each pays out the typical 13g 23s) at the same time. Sorry for not having all the names to these, but, I'm sure with a little snooping around the Tournament grounds, you can find them. Good luck! I would add in the Argent Tournament dailies.
