yeah, blizzard decided they didn’t want rogues to use swords anymore, apparently
I’m seriously considering blowing a grand for dual spec and trying out HaT even though i am saving up for epic flying
but i think i’ll try to get some daggers first, i suppose i can use the OH one for combat too if i switch to cqb

I'll have to force myself to do more AT dailies so I can start earning champion's seals. Other than that I'd like to get my fourth piece of PvP gear so I can get the set bonus and run around with 130 energy. I'd also like to get a heroic or two in so I can buy Rolfen's Ripper. I have a 60 PvE rogue that I am back to leveling, and was wondering if you have/had written any advice on weapons. My understanding was the min/max 80 crowd respeced from sword/dagger/mace depending on what purple dropped recently.

I had just assumed the old-fashioned advice of optimal leveling spec was combat; after getting an affliction lock to 80 in November, I really want simple. I just assumed that meant combat swords. But looking around the AH ( I don’t think I am up to instances), I dont see an excess of great swords.

If you had the time, any advice on leveling in 3.1 would be appreciated.

Perhaps I’ll finally start leveling fishing again. Since I can train in Dalaran now, I won’t have to run everywhere.

Argent Tournament too. It reminds me of SSO.
