Since I don’t have a problem at my gear level (4 piece 7.5 + handfull of 319-326 ilevel items) to maintain a 3s5r(5e) rotation, I’ve elected to move 3 points out of Relentless Strikes into Vile Poisons. The flat extra 20% to poison damage gave me a significant boost in DPS.
